2001 Brewing Awards

Yea!  I admit, a bragging page is just a bit pathetic,
but maybe I can rationalize it away by saying it squelches the skeptics.

Sometimes, the best award is the impromptu comments from those that taste your best work.  For instance, a co-worker had this to say about my Root Beer:

You are the brewmeister of brewmeisters!!
Your root beer is the absolute best root beer I have ever had in my entire life.
It has a perfect level of carbonation, a strong root beer flavor, perfect level of sweetness,
and it goes down very smoothly.
Words cannot adequately describe the greatness of your root beer.
My hat, if indeed I were wearing one, would be off to you!
